I was first introduced to Career Labs through a presentation co-founder Dan O’Neil gave to my fraternity Zeta Psi at Tulane University in the spring of 2021. I found his advice to be incredibly helpful, which detailed the various channels to finding and acquiring a job that pairs well with my individual interests and professional skills. Following this presentation, I decided to reach out to Dan for further guidance in this pursuit. He quickly replied to my email with a link to a Zoom meeting. We began discussing my interests and work experience. I talked with Dan about my start-up aftermarket automotive business and explained the stages I guided my business through in order to achieve scale – grossing six figures in 2020. Dan told me he and his partner, Dan Fleming, had recently co-founded the company Career Labs, aimed at helping pair college students and recent graduates with jobs where they will most prosper. We noticed how our two companies’ structures shared many similarities.
Following further discussion, I was onboarded to Career Labs to institute a method of achieving scalability through the derivation of new marketing campaigns, programming of web and mobile interfaces, and iteration with both, current and prospective, institutional clients. I have loved my time working for Career Labs and have gained invaluable skills and knowledge through the direct mentorship provided by Mr. O’Neil and Mr. Fleming.
