Introducing our Podcast

The Career Labs podcasts will provide perspectives and opinions on career development and career management, based on the experiences of the hosts and guests. Each episode will hopefully provide insights listeners can use to find attractive jobs that ultimately become part of a successful career. A key thread of the series is to reinforce the idea that the definition of an attractive job or successful career is up to the individual. The episodes are also meant to provide concrete steps that can help ease the stress and challenges of managing a job search or career development.

The two hosts, Dan Fleming and Dan O’Neil, have had diverse jobs and career paths. Dan Fleming has worked for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in jobs ranging from circuit designer (electrical engineering) through Chief Financial Offer. Dan O’Neil has worked as an investment banker, consultant and business development executive for global companies, start-ups and his own consulting practice. Career Labs will invite a range of guests to participate, with various backgrounds and experiences to provide diverse opinions.
